ABOUT
DiCicco’s journey in hockey began as a standout player for Penn State University, where he earned a BS in Finance. Transitioning seamlessly from player to coach, he took on the head coach role at Penn State Harrisburg shortly after graduation, transforming the team into one of the best in the Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference and among the top 25 in the nation. He continued to make his mark by joining the New York Bridgemen of the Eastern Hockey League and contributing to developing the New Jersey Titans program.
Since 2020, DiCicco has served as the General Manager for the San Diego Sabers, establishing the team as one of the top on the West Coast and focusing on player advancement to collegiate and professional leagues. Shortly afterward, he joined ASM Hockey Group and became Head of Hockey Operations for both the Atlanta MadHatters and West Chester Wolves. DiCicco aims to bring his expertise and passion to the team, fostering a winning culture and prioritizing player development—perfectly aligning with the Madhatters’ mission and driving the team to new heights.
