Jesse Zonana is headed to Dallas Baptist University for the 2025-2026 season

The Atlanta Madhatters Elite are proud to announce that forward Jesse Zonana has committed to Dallas Baptist University (ACHA Division III) for the 2025-2026 season.

A native of North Salem, New York, Zonana brought a strong two-way presence and veteran leadership to the Madhatters lineup this season. In 38 games, he tallied 10 goals and 9 assists for 19 points while adding a physical edge with 51 penalty minutes. His steady improvement and work ethic made him a key part of Atlanta’s forward group throughout the 2024-25 campaign.

“Jesse is the kind of player every coach loves to have — hardworking, coachable, and always putting the team first,” said Madhatters Elite Head Coach Niko Esposito-Selivanov. “He was a big part of our culture last season, and we’re thrilled to see him take this next step in his hockey and academic journey.”

Zonana joins a growing list of Madhatters alumni making the leap to the collegiate level as the program continues to develop talent for the next stage.
